The United States Army Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) is a United States Army Military Intelligence unit headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The MIRC falls under the control of the United States Army Reserve Command and consists of over 40 strategic and tactical intelligence units throughout the United States. This system connects Military, DoD Civilian, and DoD Contractor personnel from across the DoD enterprise and provides individuals, units, and organizations a platform to quickly and easily build tools and business processes to support execution of the mission. Access is controlled based on individual needs for specific types of information.

mIRC is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client for Windows, created in 1995. It is a fully functional chat utility, and its integrated scripting language makes it extensible and versatile.
